What is the hardest thing about being healthy to you?
Spending time to exercise. I barely have free time as is, I don't see why I should bother spending half of it trying to stay fit when no one cares about me anyways and I could be spending it being productive instead  Rolleyes
Rajesh, I see what you are saying. I remember reading in Arnold's Schwarzenegger's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding about having enough time to work out. He was in the Austrian army at a young age (17 or 18) they had to get up at 6am to start their day. So he got up at 4:30 and trained using two water jugs on the end of tank tread pins.

Everyone has time for what they want to have time for.
I don't believe in bodybuilding just to get big. You should have a goal at all times.
Arnold had a goal, and he made it. Set your own goals!

My goal when I started "working out" was to be like the parkour guys I saw on youtube at the time.
That's what I did: I started doing parkour, climbing those walls, jumping those gaps, training my moves and training my technique.
I met others who did the same and we started polishing our moves and pushing our limits, trying new things when we could.

That was my workout, I didn't bulk myself on a machine because I wanted to get big for the ladies. Instead I did a pushup every time I made a vault (parkour trick) over a wall, I did a pullup every time I jumped from one roof to the next and had to pull myself up or fall. I did cardio when running a full parkour track throughout some downtown alleys and streets.

Abs came on their own, so did muscles and a fit body condition that allowed me to always climb, run, jump and even fight. Moving around is so much easier when you're having fun. So is working out. Find a goal, find a reason and go hard while you persue it.
Caring, i have more important things to care about then my personal health.
If you want it bad enough, you will make time for it, and there are NO excuses, trust me!
I have really a small amount of free time and I barely squish a workout in my schedule. But, it makes me happy and fulfilled so I give my best to find time for it! Smile
No candy and fast food Sad
I just love candy and everything that is unhealthy for me so that is the hardest thing for me to let go. I am still working on it but I hope that in the near future I will be a healthier person! Big Grin
All my friends are drinking every weekend. It's really hard for me not to join.

I heard a saying once, "If you want something you've never had, you need to do things you've never done"

That applies here.  Drink club soda, or Diet Coke, or bottled water. You can still go out with your friends and have a good time. If they don't understand and support your fitness/lifestyle goals, then maybe they really aren't that good of friends.
